Their customer service is top notch, which unfortunately is a very hard find these days. This wonderful facility has been nominated for ‘Best Medical Spa’, ‘Best Injectables’ and ‘Best Facials’ in Alpharetta and I can see why! Dr. Tia is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, truly the best injector I’ve ever used. Also, their esthetician Sofya is a gem! She takes her time and listens to clients needs or concerns, then comes up with incredible custom treatments. I’ve received the most amazing facial treatments from her I’ve ever had, especially Microneedling and Hydrafacials. Both Dr. Tia and Sofya really know their craft! I refer everyone to them!

My first experience with my facial at NXTGEN Bodies Medspa was incredible! The environment was very clean and Emma, my esthetician, was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge and expertise in handling skin concerns made the whole experience wonderful, and she was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the session. Amanda was extremely professional and insightful during our appointment! The pre screening process via zoom prior to the appointment was a great touch to ensure the appointment went well (and without unexpected surprises)! I’ve had Botox done before on my forehead at another location but definitely saw a HUGE difference in results with Amanda. I went with the dose she recommended and could not be happier with the results. She was gentle in instilling the Botox and communicated what to expect every step of the way. I had minor bruising on my forehead which she said is normal, and it subsided within 24-48h post appointment. Two weeks post treatment, she was also kind enough to follow up with my results and to ensure the treatment met my expectations. Needless to say, I will definitely go back for future appointments! The first 2 pictures are pre-treatment and the second 2 are post-treatment.
