At NXTGEN Bodies MD MedSpa & Wellness, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our clients. In order to maintain the highest level of service and ensure that all clients receive the care they deserve, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy.
Wellness Services
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Enforcement of this policy for late cancellations is at the discretion of management.
No-Show Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for arrival after your scheduled appointment time. After this period, you will be considered a no-show and subject to a $50 no-show fee. If the provider’s schedule still permits your appointment, a $25 late fee will apply.
Aesthetic Services
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Enforcement of this policy for late cancellations is at the discretion of management.
No-Show Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for arrival after your scheduled appointment time. After this period, you will be considered a no-show and subject to a $100 no-show fee. If the provider’s schedule still permits your appointment, a $25 late fee will apply.
Facial Services
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment booked. Enforcement of this policy for late cancellations is at the discretion of management.
No-Show Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed for arrival after your scheduled appointment time. After this period, you will be considered a no-show and subject to a no-show fee of 50% of the cost of the treatment booked. You will also be asked to reschedule unless the esthetician’s schedule allows for your treatment to proceed. If time allows for your treatment to continue, a $25 late fee will apply.
Appointment Confirmations & Arrival Policy
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance via SMS and email to the contact information provided at the time of booking.
Failure to respond to confirmation messages may result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Taxes & Fees
All applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted as required.
